This nonalcoholic alternative is a suitable after-dinner libation, especially during chilly weather. In a saucepan combine:
1/3 cup margarine1/2 1 cup honey2 tsp. ground coriander and heat low over low heat until blended thoroughly.In a large pan heat:48 ounce cranberry juice.4 cups cider.1 sliced orange1 stick cinnamonAllow to simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve in 6 ounce mugs with 2 tsp. of honey butter.
