Westchester County Detachment member Marine Corps Staff Sergeant Eugene Youngs has been promoted to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant.
Gunnery Sergeant Youngs has served in the Corps sine 1988. He is a Combat veteran of the Gulf Ware, and Iraq (2nd MEB). He is presently a Career Planner at the New River for the Wing.
